Dubai, September 11, 2025 — SLZ Inc., a Siheung-based Korean con-tech startup specializing in AI and AR-powered digital twin solutions (Co-CEOs: Yumi Lee and Jaeheon Jung), announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Tiger Group, one of the UAE’s leading construction company renowned for its high-rise residential developments, including Tiger Sky Tower, the nation’s tallest residential tower set for completion in 2029.
The MOU establishes a partnership to advance AI-powered construction technology innovation in the UAE and beyond.
Following a three-day demonstration in Abu Dhabi, SLZ successfully showcased its technologies:
As part of the partnership, Tiger Group will provide construction sites, BIM data, CAD drawings, and testing environments for upcoming Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects.
